No only are the team professional, they are accessible and easy to talk to. Moving from Victoria to Queensland 2.5 years ago in the middle of Covid 1.0, Bec went above and beyond. Always kept me updated, even offering to do a video walk through. Bec and all the team are always great to deal with and nothing is ever a problem for them. I have never had a property manager as friendly and approachable as Bec, nor one who shares my appreciation for a good cup of coffee!!

Having a rental property interstate can be difficult - but not when Q Team are your property managers! They have always treated us with personal knowledge of our property and requirements - we have never felt like "just a number". They look after and inspect the rental property as if it were their own. They have gone above and beyond for us on so many occasions, we feel so lucky to partner with the team. They genuinely care for their customers and their properties. We have always had 5 star service and recommend Q Team to anyone.

Nicole contacted me almost immediately after I filed with Local Agent Finder and continued to follow up until the property was tenanted. She was the only agent to do so and has found a tenant in less than one week after we made the property available at a rent improvement of 15% over previous agent. I would have no problem recommending Nicole to other home owners.

Emma is Pretty awesome !! Sure!!! professional and honest which is rare in an estate agent.
But there is no other like Nicole. She manages all of our investment properties in the area For us and let me tell you she is like no other. Not only does she put up with me ( which is a challenge in its self) she does it with a smile and great professionalism.

Good property managers are hard to find, great ones nearly impossible but QTeam is the cream of the crop. I actually followed Nicole from another agency because she's THAT good! I couldn't be happier with how Nicole and Bec operate and how they've managed my properties. Their ability to relate to both landlords and tenants keep relationships harmonious and efficient. They have even personally completed work on my properties. What other company could say that they went to Kmart, bought curtains and hung them up for you? Their work ethic shines through with their attention to detail and quick response time. Effective communication is a big priority for me living interstate. I only wish I lived closer so I had an excuse to hang out, they're so darn personable!
